2017 rings the changes for the

East Herts Christian Aid walk

Still taking in some of Hertfordshire’s most beautiful countryside, the walk comprises a figure
eight format with just one central check point/hub from where the walk starts and finishes.

With walking equipment becoming more sophisticated and the wide spread use of smart phones the walk will be largely un-marshalled. All walkers will be provided with a copy of a 1:25,000 OS map and a detailed route guide once they have registered to ensure they enjoy the challenge this year's walk brings.

There are two pubs en route (The Feathers and The Anchor) both of which will welcome walkers.

We do hope you will join us – the new format allows those less hardy and younger walkers to take part without having to take on the whole challenge.

We really do hope you can join us on Saturday May 13th 2017.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our Jubilee Year Event and to those who helped in any way. It was a superb effort, great team work and much enjoyed by both Entrants and Helpers.

Thank you too, to those who made donations to Christian Aid.
